EMO 2025

EMO is considered the world's leading trade fair for production technology.
EMO took place in Hanover from September 22 to 26 and presented the latest innovations and trends in manufacturing technology. As an innovative provider of solutions in the field of industrial data processing and analysis, Bytefabrik.AI was of course also on site to present the latest developments and exchange ideas with other experts – albeit only for one day this time due to scheduling reasons.
Thanks to our win in the “Digital Innovations” start-up competition organized by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in 2021 (we reported), we are regularly invited to events to present our solutions.
The de:hub initiative connects SMEs and corporations with innovation partners from the start-up scene and academia. There are now 25 hubs across Germany that provide a platform for exchange. With our AI expertise, Bytefabrik is part of the de:hub for Artificial Intelligence.
In this context, we were invited to present our solutions at the de:hub booth at EMO.
Our software extensions for production analysis are particularly relevant for the specialist audience, which usually consists of production experts. We showed how, in just a few steps, data from machines and systems can not only be collected, but also evaluated comprehensively and precisely for the respective production process.
The focus was on:
- Message analysis, which can be used to detect and eliminate frequently occurring patterns in system messages that lead to downtime
- Plant analysis, which helps to identify and eliminate process deviations that lead to scrap and rework
- Process analysis, which can be used to analyze and optimize cycle and takt times as well as cross-plant bottlenecks
In addition, we presented two new AI enhancements to our software for the first time, which we will introduce separately here – stay tuned!
We would like to thank de:hub for the invitation and the great organization!
