What is the production analysis?

The production analysis correlates and visualizes all production and quality data from automated production systems. You receive a 360° view of the efficiency, availability and rejects of each station - the basis for well-founded and continuous improvement measures.

Don't confuse our intuitive dashboard with a simple evaluation of raw data. We have developed an intelligent process that records all status, sensor and process values for each station and each production step and assigns them to the product produced. This allows you to trace quality problems or cycle time deviations directly back to the cause and rectify them straight away.

In short: With the production analysis, you can achieve proven productivity increases that are often in the upper double-digit range!

How does the production analysis work?

Event and anomaly detection for complex production processes.

The production analysis is based on all process-related data available in the control system. The production analysis obtains all data at high frequency and in real time. From this, we create an event and activity model for the entire production process.

Recorded and derived data includes process parameters (e.g. leakage values), sensor data (such as force-displacement curves), product dimensions (e.g. component groups and materials) and process dimensions (e.g. workpiece carriers or tools).

The result: a second-by-second overview of current performance and rapid identification of quality problems!
